Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Palghat. This role involves overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and payroll coordination, and maintaining employee records. The Human Resources Executive supports employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating performance review processes,



and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. The role also includes implementing and updating HR policies in line with organizational objectives and local regulations, supporting training and development activities, and coordinating with management to meet staffing and compliance needs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in end-to-end HR functions.
Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR information systems.
Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to manage employee concerns, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, compliance requirements, and the ability to implement and communicate policies effectively.
