Role Description

The Corporate Partnerships Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with corporate partners to support the foundation’s social impact initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include researching prospective partners, preparing proposals and pitch materials, coordinating meetings, and supporting negotiations and agreement reviews. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to align partnership opportunities with program goals, track partnership performance,



and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting events or campaigns related to corporate engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Partnerships: Identify, prospect, and pitch to potential corporate donors and strategic partners.

• ​Craft Impactful Proposals: Design high-impact partnership proposals, presentation decks, and pitch materials aligned with foundation priorities.

• ​Lead Campaigns: Manage end-to-end fundraising campaigns, CSR initiatives, and corporate volunteering drives.

• ​Deliver Measurable Results: Track performance, coordinate with internal program/finance teams, and draft comprehensive impact reports for partners.

• ​Represent the Foundation: Attend corporate networking events, industry summits, and sector conferences.
