Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Analyst located in Bengaluru. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and insights, preparing financial and operational reports, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance processes.



The role also involves supporting financial and accounting functions, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service to address operational inquiries.

Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate actionable recommendations
Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Experience in Finance and Accounting to support budgeting, reporting, and operational planning processes
Customer Service aptitude to address operational inquiries and maintain client satisfaction
Proficiency in data visualization tools and software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment
