Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, providing information about the company’s engineering and design services. Daily tasks include explaining service offerings, answering queries, capturing customer requirements, and maintaining accurate call logs and records in internal systems. The role involves following up on leads,



scheduling appointments or meetings for the sales or technical teams, and supporting basic customer service activities. The Telecaller will also coordinate with internal teams to share client feedback and help improve communication and outreach efforts.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to explain technical or service-related information in simple, understandable language.
Proficiency in basic computer use, including CRM tools or spreadsheets for maintaining records.
Comfort with high call volumes, follow-up activities, and working in a target-oriented environment.
Valuable listening skills, problem-solving attitude, and customer-focused mindset.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales is preferred.
Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Hyderabad; additional language skills
