Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Entry Clerk role based in Kolkata. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. Daily tasks include reviewing source documents, verifying data for completeness and accuracy, correcting any discrepancies, and organizing records for easy retrieval. The role also involves basic administrative support, such as preparing straightforward reports, responding to internal data requests, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely data processing. The Data Entry Clerk is expected to follow established procedures, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and support smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Typing skills with attention to speed and accuracy.
Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, data entry software, and basic office applications.




Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills, such as organizing files, preparing simple reports, and managing routine office tasks.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with colleagues and reporting data issues clearly.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills for handling internal inquiries politely and professionally.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, work with numerical and text data meticulously, and follow structured procedures.
Strong organizational skills, time management, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
Prior experience in data entry or office administration is preferred but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in computer applications or office administration is an advantage.
