Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain assembly work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Support manufacturing teams remotely by resolving process and assembly related issues.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to improve assembly processes.
• Evaluate tooling, fixtures, and workstation ergonomics to enhance productivity and safety.
• Support engineering change implementation and process standardization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Train production teams on new processes, tools, and documentation.
Required Skills
• Assembly process and manufacturing knowledge.
• Work instruction and SOP development.
• Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone).
• Understanding of ergonomics and time study principles.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• PLM tools (Windchill preferred).
• 3D model viewing tools (Creo View preferred).
• ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA).
• Production planning and work measurement tools (AVIX preferred).
