About the Role
We're looking for a Psychologist who wants to make a real difference in the lives of autistic children. This isn't a routine clinical role you'll be working closely with children, families, and our therapy team to design and support individualized intervention plans.
Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments for children with autism and related developmental needs




Design and support individualized behavioral and developmental intervention plans
Work closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and special educators as part of a multidisciplinary team
Counsel and guide parents through diagnosis, progress, and home-based strategies
Maintain case documentation and track child progress over time
What We're Looking For
Degree in Psychology (Clinical/Child/Special Education preferred)
Prior experience with autism or special needs children is a strong plus
Genuine passion for working with children this matters more to us than years of experience
Strong communication skills in English , especially with parents and families
