Role Overview
We're looking for a design-driven Signage & Wayfinding Designer to create intuitive, visually distinctive systems that help people navigate spaces while strengthening brand identity. You'll work at the intersection of environmental graphics, typography, information design, spatial storytelling, and material expression - shaping signage that feels integrated with architecture rather than added on. Your work will span corporate workplaces, retail environments, healthcare facilities, public institutions, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities
• Develop signage and wayfinding concepts based on user journeys, brand guidelines, architectural context, and project narratives.
• Create coherent sign families covering directional, identification, regulatory, informational, placemaking, and feature signage.
• Translate brand identity into spatial applications through typography,



icons, colour, pattern, supergraphics, and material expression.
• Build transparent information hierarchies, naming and coding logic, message flow, and intuitive navigation systems.
• Prepare mood boards, concept sketches, visual language studies, storyboards, and presentation decks to communicate design intent.
• Create 2D layouts, elevations, location plans, and 3D mock-ups to study scale, proportion, visibility, and placement in space.
• Explore materials, finishes, illumination, and fabrication approaches that complement the interior and reinforce the design concept.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, brand teams, project managers, and fabricators to refine designs through development and execution.
• Participate in site visits, mock-up reviews, and installation reviews to ensure the final output stays true to the approved design intent.
