Role Overview:
As a Brand Executive, you will be the bridge between brand vision and market reality. It’s a high impact role that requires a surgical focus on Data Analytics and Stakeholder Management.

You will work closely with Brand Managers and Category heads across portfolios to track performance, manage internal stakeholders and ensure that our brand remains a household favorite across India.

You are the custodian of the "Paper Boat" experience,



ensuring every campaign is backed by solid numbers and every partner is aligned with our unique voice.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Sales Intelligence
• Data Synthesis: Design and maintain advanced tracking systems to monitor brand performance across diverse GT and OT markets.
• Actionable Insights: Prepare comprehensive data sets for market and sales intelligence.
• Automation: Utilize VBA Macros to streamline recurring reports, ensuring the leadership team has real-time visibility into the data.

2. Stakeholder Coordination & Enablement
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the primary liaison between the Sales and Supply Chain teams.
• Stock Management: Closely monitor inventory levels to ensure the movement of stocks is synchronized with sales forecasts and promotional cycles, ensuring supply and movement of stocks are happening on time.
