We are seeking a motivated and experienced JUNIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (SALES) to join our team at RS Fragrances International Pvt Ltd. The role involves off-site operations in Delhi NCR and requires effective sales strategies to expand our market presence in the region. The Junior business development manager (Sales) will report directly to the Zonal Head - Senior Sales and play a pivotal role in driving growth and building client relationships
Responsibilities
● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share in Delhi NCR
● Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
● Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
● Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the Senior Sales team.
● Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless client experience and order fulfillment.
● Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote RS Fragrances' offerings.
● Deliver exceptional presentations and demonstrations to clients,



showcasing our products.
● Address client queries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
● Prepare and negotiate sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms.
● Keep track of competitors' activities and provide competitive insights
Qualifications
● 2-3 years’ experience in Fragrance & Flavour Industry.
● Brief understanding of the FMCG market (Particularly the Consumer Product business)
● Thorough market knowledge of various products and keeping up to date with the latest trends.
● Basic knowledge of the various olfactive notes.
● Proficiency in Hindi and English language.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Good grasp of Microsoft Office.
● Should have the ability to tap valuable relationships with the clients.
● Flexible enough to adapt to the environment and share a good rapport with the internal team members.
● Readiness to travel 15-20 days a m
