As TRYST scales up, we are looking for an experienced Rewards, Performance & Analytics Manager to design, implement, and manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and reward frameworks across a diverse workforce — spanning researchers, technology transfer specialists, business development staff, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in pay strategy, market benchmarking, and benefits administration, including familiarity with startup/deep-tech compensation practices, ensuring TRYST remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities
· Design and manage the overall compensation structure, including salary bands, pay grades, and incentive/bonus programs.
· Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
· Develop, implement, and administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies,



wellness programs, etc.).
· Partner with leadership and HR teams to design performance-linked pay and variable compensation plans.
· Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to compensation and advantages (labor laws, tax regulations, etc.).
· Analyze compensation data and trends to provide recommendations on pay equity, budget planning, and cost optimization.
· Manage annual compensation review cycles, including salary increments, promotions, and bonus payouts.
· Lead job evaluation and grading exercises to maintain internal equity across roles, including differentiated pay structures for research/scientific staff, technology transfer roles, and corporate/business functions.
· Design and administer equity/ESOP frameworks where applicable, in line with startup and early-stage company norms.
