Role Description The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day reception and front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all patients and visitors. This full-time,



on-site role in Hyderabad includes greeting and registering patients, managing appointments and schedules, handling phone and in-person inquiries, and coordinating with medical and administrative staff. The role involves maintaining patient records, guiding patients on consultation processes, processing payments and billing-related queries, and ensuring the waiting area remains organized and comfortable. The Front Office Executive will also support basic administrative tasks, uphold confidentiality and clinic protocols, and contribute to a smooth and efficient patient experience.
