Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative Content & Video Creator who can help strengthen Runo’s social media presence through engaging, high-quality visual content. The role involves ideating, shooting, editing, and creating content for Runo’s social media channels. The person will be expected to work from the Runo office 3-4 days a week, capturing company events, employee stories,



leadership content, behind-the-scenes moments, and other content opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
· Create engaging short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms.
· Shoot and capture office events, team activities, customer interactions, leadership content, and company initiatives.
· Develop creative ideas and concepts for social media videos and recurring content formats.
· Edit videos, Reels, interviews, event videos, and other short-form content.
· Add captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, music, and other relevant editing elements.
· Repurpose existing footage and long-form content into multiple short-form assets.
· Work closely with the marketing team to align content with Runo’s social media strategy and content calendar.
