Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to manage customer inquiries received through IndiaMART, build solid client relationships, and support the company's digital marketing initiatives.



The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and SEO.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond promptly to customer inquiries received through IndiaMART.
Contact prospective customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
Maintain customer records and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with domestic clients.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely customer support.

Digital Marketing
Manage and update the company's LinkedIn page with regular posts and industry updates.
Assist in planning and executing social media marketing (SMM) campaigns.
Perform basic Search Engine Optimiz
