• Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function
• Build quarterly and annual hiring strategies

• Track recruitment KPIs and team performance
• Manage job portals, vendors, and hiring partners

? Employer Branding & Visibility
• Strengthen the company’s presence across LinkedIn, job portals, and offline channels
• Develop campaigns that attract and engage top talent
• Build a solid and consistent employer brand

? Campus Hiring & Event Hosting
• Lead campus hiring strategies and university partnerships
• Conduct pre-placement talks, hiring drives, and open houses
• Deliver engaging presentations to large audiences
• Represent the organization at industry and talent events

? Performance Management
• Drive quarterly, half-yearly, and annual performance review cycles
• Partner with leadership on KPIs and talent calibration
• Promote a culture of continuous feedback and development
• Present workforce and performance insights to leadership
