Role: Founders Office - Operations

Brief: As Founder Office - Operations, you will be the operational backbone of the leadership office. You will directly work with COO across every function - supply chain, customer experience, warehouse and vendor management - ensuring nothing falls under the cracks. This is not a traditional secretarial role. It’s a high-trust, high-visibility position for someone sharp enough to understand the business and hungry enough to grow with it.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the COO and be his go-to person/right hand person
Liaison between COO and other stakeholders
Be involved in factory setup execution




Willing to travel as per management’s requirement
Track all action items across meeting and ensure follows-ups when required
Flag blockers proactively before they become problems
Prepare reports, presentations and conduct research
Manage all travel planning - flights, hotels, ground transport (if required)

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory Requirement

1 to 4 years of experience in EA, Operations Associate or equivalent ownership role
Written and verbal communication skills
Advance proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Attention to detail
Willingness to travel

Additional Requirement

Prior experience in D2C, e-commerce or startup
Understanding of operations
Experience supporting a founder, COO, or equivalent senior leader
Prior experience in Operations
AI Adaptability
