Role: Senior/Executive - HR

Brief: We are looking for a HR to primarily drive end-to-end recruitment across functions, while also supporting broader HR operations — onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance-adjacent tasks. This is a hands-on generalist role for someone who enjoys owning the hiring pipeline but is equally comfortable stepping into other people-ops responsibilities as the need arises.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and closing offers
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals,



and other channels; maintain a healthy, active pipeline for open positions
Coordinate and conduct initial screening rounds; manage candidate communication and experience through the hiring funnel
Draft and release offer letters, negotiate compensation, and manage pre-onboarding formalities
Support new joiners' onboarding — documentation, induction scheduling, etc.
Assist with HR operations tasks including employee records management, HRMS updates, etc.
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and culture-building activities
Coordinate offboarding formalities, including exit documentation
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards for leadership visibility
