Role: Social Media Manager

Brief: As Social Media Manager, you will own Scrubsy’s presence across all social platforms. You will directly report to the CMO and be responsible for the full social content cycle: planning, briefing, scheduling, publishing and community management. You will bring creative ideas, have a robust instinct for what works on each platform and build a community of customers who genuinely look forward to seeing Scrubsy in their feed.

Key Responsibilities

Own the social media calendar across all platforms
Monitor brand mentions, tags and hashtags




Own organic reach and follower growth — proactively design and execute campaigns built to travel, using trends, formats, and hooks that give content the best chance of going viral and reaching audiences well beyond our existing followers.
Own follower growth, reach, engagement rate targets across all platforms
Lead social media execution for all product launches and campaigns
Maintain social performance reports
Collaborate with various stakeholders
Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms
Participate in campaign ideation and brainstorming sessions
Be updated on latest trends

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory Requirement

1 to 4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or content-led business
Deep hands-on experience of multiple social media platforms
Experience building and managing social media calendar
Excellent written and verbal communication

Additional Requirement

Prior experience in D2C, consumer brands, e-commerce or startup
