Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and development teams.
Drive testing, user training, and change management activities.
Required Skills & Expertise
5+ years of total Business Analyst experience, with 2+ years dedicated to ServiceNow projects.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules and workflows (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM).




Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exceptional analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
