Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues, including operating system errors, application problems, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices.
Set up and maintain user accounts, email, and other IT-related services.
Support the deployment and setup of new hardware and software systems.
Document all support activities and incidents in the helpdesk system, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.




Collaborate with senior support engineers and other IT staff to address complex technical issues.

Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
Understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications.
Familiarity with remote desktop software and helpdesk tools is an advantage.
