Role Description The interior fit-out Design Quality Check role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves reviewing interior design drawings, fit-out plans, and specifications to ensure alignment with project standards, client requirements, and brand guidelines.



Responsibilities include inspecting site execution against approved designs, verifying material and FF&E; selections, and providing explicit feedback to design and project teams to resolve inconsistencies or quality issues. The role also includes coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that space planning, furniture layouts, and finishes are implemented accurately and safely. The professional in this role will document findings, maintain quality checklists, and contribute to continuous improvement of fit-out processes and design quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Interior Design and Space Planning for residential and/or commercial interiors.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Furniture and FF&E; (fixtures, fittings, and equipment) selection, detailing, and quality standards.
