Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and business-focused Business analyst who have prior experience in managing Aviation regulatory including DGCA, BCAS, MOCA.

This role will act as the bridge between regulatory stakeholders, business teams, and technology teams, ensuring that regulatory requirements are translated into actionable business requirements, user stories, process changes, and system enhancements. The role will also contribute to broader airport automation and digital initiatives spanning passenger processing, baggage handling, security, and ramp operations.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Program Management

Lead end-to-end delivery of aviation regulatory projects across airport and operational systems.
Engage with regulatory agencies such as DGCA, BCAS, MoCA, Immigration, and Airport Operators to understand current mandatesand compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Security, Customer Service, Commercial, Legal, and Digital teams.
Manage regulatory timelines, dependencies, risks, and project governance activities.




Ensure successful implementation and compliance certification of regulatory initiatives.

Business Analysis & Requirement Management

Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and regulatory requirements.
Translate regulatory notifications and business requirements into:
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
User Stories
Process Flows
Acceptance Criteria
Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution reviews with stakeholders.
Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off activities.
Project Delivery & Implementation

Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Development Teams, Vendors, and Operations teams during implementation.
Monitor project progress and ensure delivery against scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Drive issue resolution and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
