Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, responsible for managing client accounts and supporting business growth. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their project and service requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The Account Executive will prepare proposals, presentations,



and contracts; track account performance; and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. Daily activities include attending client meetings, responding to inquiries, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with operations, finance, and project teams to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction. The role also requires monitoring market trends, supporting sales forecasting, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications

Demonstrated client relationship management skills, including account servicing, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
Strong sales and business development capabilities, with experience in lead generation, proposal creation, and negotiation.
Solid organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software
