About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth in the perfume/fragrance segment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the fragrance market, excellent distributor/retailer relationships, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Drive sales growth across the assigned territory/channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, key accounts, and other channel partners.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and distribution networks.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiations to order closure and collection.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
