We are looking for a high-energy, full-time HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations on-site at our Biharsharif, Nalanda, Bihar plant.

? Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Lifecycle Management: Drive recruitment, onboarding, and strategic workforce planning.
Policy & Performance: Develop and implement HR policies, appraisals, and training programs.
Compliance & Payroll: Ensure accurate payroll, statutory benefits, and strict PF/ESIC compliance.




Attendance & Administration: Oversee daily attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and plant administration.
Employee Relations: Handle grievances, industrial relations, and build a positive workplace culture.
Reports & Audits: Maintain HR metrics, prepare analytical reports, and support regular audits.

⚡ What We Are Looking For
Education: MBA in HR or a related Master's degree is mandatory.
Experience: 5+ years as an HR Manager or Senior Generalist.
Industry Background: Core experience in manufacturing, distillery, or large industrial setups.
Skills: Robust knowledge of labor laws, conflict resolution, MS Office, and HRIS tools.
