Designation / Position: Production & Vendor Management
Job Description:
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of raw materials, components, and services.
• Track material availability and ensure uninterrupted production schedules.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely deliveries.
• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and procurement teams.
• Support production planning, scheduling, and capacity utilization activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, manufacturing procedures, and safety regulations.
• Investigate production issues and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and vendors. • Prepare production reports, vendor performance reports, and material status reports.




• Collaborate with design, quality, procurement, and production teams to meet organizational objectives.
Experience :-
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Production, Vendor Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Support, or Business Development.
• Experience in Electronics, Semiconductor, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
