We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and independently manage the complete HR function of the organization.
The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of overall HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in an HR Manager / equivalent HR leadership position, with strong exposure to HR Generalist activities and experience working with a reputed or professionally managed organization.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who can take complete ownership of HR operations, lead a team, partner with management, implement HR policies and systems, and drive people-related initiatives independently.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
5–10 years of overall HR experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in an HR Manager / equivalent HR leadership role.
Strong HR Generalist experience with the ability to independently manage HR operations.
Experience in a reputed / professionally managed organization preferred.




Strong hands-on experience in HRMS / HRIS.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and employee lifecycle management.
Practical experience in Performance Management, KRA/KPI and appraisal systems.
Solid recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
Excellent employee relations and grievance-handling skills.
Experience in managing and leading an HR team.
Strong HR analytics, MIS and reporting capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound HR decisions.
