We’re looking for a *hands-on Marketing Executive* who understands the UPSC aspirant ecosystem and knows where aspirants actually spend their time — *YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, Quora, Telegram and emerging discovery channels.*

This is *not a “make campaigns and wait” role.*
We want someone who comes in and *executes.*
Responsibilities

* Build and execute organic growth strategies across *YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, Quora, Telegram & other relevant channels*
* Understand the UPSC aspirant journey and identify *where, why and how aspirants discover and evaluate products*
* Own content distribution, channel growth and performance
* Work closely with the content team to create content that drives *views → clicks → leads → app downloads → admissions*
* Experiment continuously with formats, hooks, topics, platforms and distribution strategies
* Understand and leverage the evolving *AEO / GEO / AI-search ecosystem*
* Deeply understand the *YouTube ecosystem* — content formats, discoverability, retention, CTR, thumbnails, search and recommendations




* Track performance across channels and continuously optimise based on business outcomes
* Use paid marketing selectively, but focus heavily on *building sustainable organic acquisition channels*

Qualifications
* *1–4 years of marketing/growth experience*, preferably in EdTech, UPSC or a consumer internet business
* Strong understanding of the *UPSC market and aspirant behaviour*
* Hands-on experience with *YouTube and Instagram*; familiarity with Reddit, Quora and Telegram is a strong plus
* Data-driven mindset with an obsession for *views, clicks, leads, downloads and conversions*
* Someone who is comfortable getting their hands dirty — *writing, posting, analysing, experimenting and iterating*
* Understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO and emerging AI-driven discovery
* Robust analytical and execution skills
