Job Title: Head of construction

Job Summary:
The Construction Head is responsible for overseeing all construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement construction strategies, policies,



and procedures to optimize project execution.
· Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
· Lead and mentor construction teams, including project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
· Collaborate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to streamline operations.
· Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
· Identify and mitigate potential project risks, delays, and cost overruns.
· Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
· Drive the adoption of new construction technologies and sustainable practices.
· Prepare and present project reports, financial statements, and forecasts to senior management.
· Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:
