About the Role

Eye Mantra Hospital is looking for an experienced Center Manager with hands-on experience in an Eye Hospital/Ophthalmology Center to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations and growth of the center.

The role involves managing hospital operations, administration, staff, patient counseling, surgery coordination, patient experience and business growth.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing a center, coordinating with ophthalmologists and clinical teams, handling patients and staff, and working toward improving patient footfall, surgery conversions and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
1. Center Operations & Administration
Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the eye hospital/center.
Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, consultations,



diagnostics, billing and surgery coordination.
Coordinate with ophthalmologists, optometrists, nurses, technicians, counselors, front desk and support staff.
Manage staff attendance, punctuality, productivity and daily work allocation.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, discipline and proper functioning of the center.
Implement and monitor hospital SOPs and operational processes.

2. Patient Management & Counseling
Manage the complete patient journey from registration to consultation, treatment, surgery and follow-up.
Counsel patients and attendants regarding eye treatments, procedures and surgeries as advised by doctors.
Coordinate patients scheduled for surgeries and ensure proper pre- and post-operative coordination.
Handle patient queries, complaints and concerns professionally.
Ensure high standards of patient experience and satisfaction.
