About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Manager to lead and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Google Shopping, and emerging digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in paid media strategy, campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI-driven growth, along with an understanding of AI-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Shopping, and emerging paid media platforms.
Campaign Strategy: Develop full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with business objectives, revenue targets, and customer acquisition goals.
Conversion Optimization: Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, landing pages, audiences, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance using GA4, attribution platforms, dashboards,



and predictive analytics tools to identify growth opportunities.
Budget & ROI Management: Manage significant media budgets while optimizing CPA, ROAS, CAC, CLTV, and overall marketing ROI.
Inventory & Demand-Based Marketing: Align media strategies with inventory availability, product demand, seasonal trends, promotions, and sales cycles.
Creative Optimization: Work closely with creative teams to develop and test high-performing static, video, UGC, and dynamic creatives.
AI-Driven Marketing: Leverage AI tools and automation to improve campaign targeting, creative development, audience segmentation, forecasting, and real-time optimization.
Retargeting & CRM: Develop advanced retargeting and lifecycle marketing strategies in collaboration with CRM and retention teams.
Performance Reporting: Build and present regular performance reports, highlighting insights, challenges, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
