Job Summary:
Mtor Lifesciences Pvt Ltd is seeking a energetic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to expand our market presence in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and industrial segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, procurement teams, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
1. Sales & Business Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in academia, pharma, and industrial segments.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and partnerships.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Market Expansion & Customer Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.




Participate in conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote company products.
3. Product & Technical Knowledge
Develop in-depth knowledge of Mtor Lifesciences' product portfolio and their applications.
Work closely with the Field Application Scientist (FAS) team to provide technical demonstrations and training to clients.
Stay updated on industry advancements and provide feedback for new product development.
4. Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop business plans for market penetration and expansion strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
Analyse sales performance and provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
5. Key Account Management
Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term partnerships with clients.
