Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and institutional customers such as schools and event planners.



Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue and growth targets. The role also involves collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality, gathering market insights, monitoring competitor activity, and contributing to sales strategies and promotional initiatives. The Business Development Manager is expected to maintain accurate sales records, provide regular performance reports, and represent the company at industry events and networking activities.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in travel, transportation, hospitality, or related services.
Robust skills in client relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management to drive repeat business and long-term partners
