Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Management Trainee to join our team at a garment manufacturing factory located in Gurgaon. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in various aspects of business operations, including merchandising, HR/Administration, and proficiency in operating software relevant to garment manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Merchandising:
 Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of merchandising activities.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.

2. Technology Operations:
 Utilize and operate software applications relevant to garment manufacturing processes.
 Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues to ensure smooth operations.




 Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate new technologies to enhance efficiency.
 Provide training to team members on the use of software tools and technologies.

3. HR/Administration:
 Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
 Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
 Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
 Basic understanding of garment manufacturing processes is a plus.
