Role: SENIOR PRODUCT OWNER

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle — from product strategy and roadmap definition to rollout, stakeholder management, and value realization.

? Key Responsibilities
• Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Drive the complete product lifecycle from ideation to rollout
• Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and value realization plans
• Manage stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance
• Translate business requirements into product requirements, user stories, and priorities
• Drive product rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Track KPIs, ROI, business outcomes, and product performance
• Identify opportunities for innovation, optimization,



and automation
• Manage product risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations
• Present product strategy and business outcomes to senior leadership

? What We’re Looking For
✅ 10+ years of overall skilled experience
✅ 2+ years of relevant Product Owner/Product Management experience
✅ Strong experience in Product Strategy & Roadmap Management
✅ Proven experience in Business Case, ROI & Value Realization
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Experience working with cross-functional and senior leadership teams
✅ Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
✅ Technical background is a plus
