The Chance
We build the infrastructure layer for outbound: InboxKit (mailbox & domain infrastructure), SendKit (sending & campaign platform), Enrich (data & enrichment APIs), and multiply.sh (AI CMO for founders). Thousands have signed up almost none of it from paid. Growth today is outbound-led (cold email, LinkedIn, sales calls) and it works, but it's one channel with a ceiling. This is our first performance marketing hire: you decide what we run, on which channels, for which product, and build the measurement to prove it.
What You'll Do
Own paid acquisition end-to-end across Google, LinkedIn, Meta & beyond strategy, budget, creative direction, bidding
Run the self-serve funnel as a system: ad → landing page → signup → activation → paid
Build the attribution we're missing close the loop from spend to revenue
Make landing pages earn their traffic, with design and content
Position four products to four different buyers,



agencies & senders (InboxKit), GTM teams (SendKit), developers (Enrich), founders (multiply.sh)
Feed learnings back to the wider GTM pod

What We're Looking For
Must-have:
3+ years running paid acquisition for B2B SaaS, with real budget ownership
Demonstrable results, what you spent, what you got, what failed, what you learned
Strong analytical instincts, you build your own reporting and question numbers that look too good
Working knowledge of conversion tracking & attribution, pixels, server-side events, UTM discipline, why last-click misleads
Ability to write and direct ad creative for a technical buyer
Worked in US Market.
Nice-to-have:
Experience marketing developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure products
Familiarity with the cold email/outbound ecosystem
Hands-on with landing page builds & experimentation tooling
Comfort using AI tooling in your own workflow
Early-stage startup exper
