Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA Infrastructure Lead to own, manage, and optimize the SAP HANA database infrastructure within a SAP Business One on HANA environment. This is not a functional consultant or ABAP/Fiori developer role. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience managing SAP HANA on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES), performing HANA maintenance, leading performance troubleshooting, and driving infrastructure stability.

This is a fully remote role based in India. The candidate must be able to work independently, engage with multiple technical stakeholders, and take end-to-end ownership of the SAP HANA infrastructure layer. Immediate joining is required.

Key ResponsibilitiesSAP HANA Database Administration

Install, configure, patch,



and upgrade SAP HANA 2.0 systems including SPS and revision updates.
Perform daily HANA database administration: tenant management, backups, recovery, log management, storage and memory management.
Manage HANA System Replication for high availability and disaster recovery.
Plan and execute database refreshes, copies, and system migrations.
Implement and maintain SAP HANA security: users, roles, privileges, encryption, and audit policies.
Monitor database health, workload patterns, and capacity utilization.

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server Administration

Administer and maintain SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications.
Apply OS patches, kernel updates, and SAP-specific tuning recommendations.
Configure filesystems, storage layout, networking, and security hardening for HANA systems.
Manage SUSE cluster (Pacemaker/Corosync) for HANA high availability.
