Role Description The Telecaller Sales Executive is a full-time,



on-site role based in Ghaziabad. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting product offerings, and generating qualified leads and sales opportunities for electrical transmission and distribution products. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, explaining technical and commercial features, sharing quotations, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales databases. The Telecaller Sales Executive will coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams, support order closure activities, and assist in resolving basic customer queries. The role also includes achieving daily and monthly call targets, meeting sales objectives, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs.
