Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant will work full time on-site in Kottakkal, Kerala - providing end-to-end travel consulting services to individual and group clients. Responsibilities include understanding client preferences and budgets, designing customized itineraries, and managing travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and transportation.



The role involves handling reservations, issuing travel documents, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely confirmations. The Senior Travel Consultant will deliver high-quality customer service, resolve issues or changes in bookings, and provide qualified advice on travel options, regulations, and promotions. The role also includes maintaining client records, working with internal systems, and supporting the team in achieving sales and service targets.
Qualifications
