Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Faridabad. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information about courses, admission procedures, fees, and other services offered by the institute. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries from prospective students and parents, maintaining call logs and student databases, and following up on leads to support admissions and enrollment.



The Telecaller will also coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure accurate information is shared, schedule counseling or campus visits, and provide courteous, professional support to all callers. The role requires consistent adherence to call scripts and processes while meeting individual and team targets for call volume and conversions.
Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
Ability to listen actively, understand caller needs, and provide accurate, helpful information.
Basic computer literacy, including experience with MS Office and data entry into CRM or spreadsheet tools.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle high call volumes and follow up with leads effectively.
