ICSBit Labs is a Bengaluru-based OT/ICS cybersecurity company delivering IEC 62443-aligned security assessments, consulting, and our proprietary asset discovery product, ICSBit Discovery.

We work with industrial, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure organizations to secure operational technology environments — a space where security threats are rising fast but marketing sophistication hasn't caught up. We're looking for someone to help fix that.

The Role
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Lead to drive ICSBit Labs' marketing execution — from LinkedIn presence to campaign delivery to pipeline support. You'll work closely with the senior management to implement our go-to-market strategy day-to-day, with real ownership over execution and room to grow into more strategic scope as the function matures.

You'll be marketing to a niche, technical B2B audience (OT/ICS engineers, CISOs, plant managers) across India, the Middle East,



and Southeast Asia — so this is relationship-led, credibility-driven B2B marketing, not consumer growth-hacking.

What You'll Do

Execute our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting named industrial accounts across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia
Run and grow LinkedIn as our primary channel — content calendar, company page growth, employee advocacy, and outreach campaigns
Support demand generation for ICSBit Discovery (our asset discovery product) and our IEC 62443 assessment/consulting services
Create content for a technical audience — case studies, whitepapers, campaign copy, and social posts tied to real OT/ICS security themes (with founder/technical input)
Support product launch marketing activities for ICSBit Discovery
Coordinate with partner/vendor marketing efforts (e.g., Fortinet, Moxa, TXOne, OPSWAT) as relationships develop
Help build presence with industry bodies and commu
