Key Responsibilities
The selected Advocate will be responsible for independently handling assigned litigation matters and will be expected to:
Draft plaints, written statements, complaints, petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, affidavits and other pleadings.
Conduct detailed legal research and prepare case notes based on applicable laws, rules and judicial precedents.
Appear before courts, tribunals,



commissions and other judicial or quasi-judicial forums.
Independently manage day-to-day proceedings, hearings, filings and procedural compliances.
Review pleadings, documents and evidence and identify key legal and factual issues.
Develop litigation strategy and provide practical legal inputs on assigned matters.
Prepare matters for hearings, arguments and cross-examination, wherever required.
Coordinate with clients, senior counsel, the Delhi office and other empanelled counsels.
Maintain accurate case records, hearing updates, deadlines and litigation documentation.
Ensure timely filing of pleadings, applications, replies and other documents.
Represent clients professionally and effectively before the relevant forums.
Contribute to the expansion of Jurisiti Legal LLP's litigation practice in Maharashtra.
