Luxelan – Elegante Living Private Limited is looking for an experienced Projects Head to lead our Mumbai Execution Department and manage multiple high-value luxury residential turnkey interior projects.

? Experience: 10–15 years
? Leadership: 5+ years in senior execution/project leadership
? Location: Mumbai
? Industry: Luxury Interior Design / Turnkey Interiors

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the complete Mumbai Execution and Project Management Department
• Manage multiple projects from design handover to final client handover
• Oversee planning, estimation, BOQ, costing, billing and project budgets
• Manage Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, contractors & vendors
• Ensure quality, timelines, cost control and execution standards
• Coordinate civil, MEP, carpentry, modular furniture, flooring, ceiling, painting & finishing works
• Drive contractor performance,



manpower productivity and commercial negotiations
• Minimize rework, material wastage and execution errors
• Manage snagging, desnagging and final project handover
• Handle client escalations related to execution, quality, billing and timelines
• Monitor project profitability and prepare MIS/project performance reports

Ideal Candidate:
A hands-on execution leader with strong experience in luxury residential turnkey interiors, capable of independently managing Estimation → Planning → Billing → Team → Contractors → Execution → Quality → Snagging → Cost Control → Client Coordination → Final Handover.

? Robust knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, costing, civil, MEP, carpentry and finishing works is essential.
