Pylon Engineers, Pune is looking for a ??????? ??? ? ?????? ??????? ???? 1–2 ????? ?? ?????????? to ensure safe working practices and compliance with safety standards at construction/project sites.

* Ensure implementation of company and site safety rules and procedures.
* Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
* Ensure proper use of PPE such as safety helmets, safety shoes, safety belts, gloves, etc.
* Conduct Toolbox Talks and safety awareness training for workers.
* Monitor safety during work at height, excavation, lifting, welding, gas cutting, electrical and other construction activities.
* Ensure proper barricading, signage and safe access at the work site.
* Maintain safety inspection reports, registers and other safety documentation.
* Report and investigate accidents, incidents and near-miss cases.




* Ensure availability and proper maintenance of fire extinguishers and first-aid facilities.
* Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and contractors for protected execution of work.
* Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and company procedures.

* Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety / Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction/industrial projects.
* Basic knowledge of construction site safety practices is required.
* Good communication and reporting skills.

* Ability to work at construction/project sites.
* Good knowledge of PPE, work-at-height safety, lifting safety and basic emergency procedures.
* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
