Job Overview
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Stewards / Service Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, maintaining cleanliness, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
Explain menu items and assist customers with their selections.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Coordinate with kitchen and café staff to ensure timely service.
Clear and reset tables promptly.




Handle customer requests and concerns politely.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.
Support the team during busy hours and special events.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
Previous café, restaurant, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
