Experience: 3–8 years

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with strong NON-IT recruitment experience to join our team.

What you’ll do

Own end-to-end non-IT hiring across business, sales, marketing, HR, finance, operations, and other corporate functions.
Source, screen, interview, and close robust candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand roles and build effective hiring strategies.
Manage multiple positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
Track hiring metrics and continuously improve the recruitment process.

What we’re looking for

3–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Robust hands-on experience in NON-IT recruitment is a must.
Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to independently manage the complete hiring cycle.
Solid communication skills and a proactive, people-first approach.
