SAP Techno-Functional Expert | SAP FICO & ABAP Lead | Remote (Swiss Client)
? We're Hiring: Senior SAP Techno-Functional Expert (FICO + ABAP) — 100% Remote
Swissplast AG, a leading Swiss plastics technology company (thermoforming & deep-drawing solutions across Switzerland & Germany), is looking for a senior SAP professional to lead a S/4HANA rollout for a new factory — including a potential ECC to S/4HANA migration.
This is a rare techno-functional role where you'll own both the FICO design and hands-on ABAP development, working across FICO, MM, SD, and PP.
What you'll do:
? Lead end-to-end S/4HANA rollout & ECC migration activities
? Own SAP FICO design, configuration & implementation
? Develop, debug & enhance ABAP programs, interfaces, and RICEFW objects
? Bridge business requirements with technical SAP solutions
? Support data migration, UAT, go-live & stabilization
? Partner with global stakeholders, vendors & implementation teams
What we're looking for:
✅ 8–15 years of SAP experience across multiple modules




✅ Deep SAP FICO expertise (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Costing)
✅ Strong hands-on ABAP development (RICEFW, debugging, enhancements)
✅ Proven S/4HANA implementation or rollout experience
✅ Factory/site rollout or greenfield implementation experience — big plus
✅ Fluent English; conversational German is a solid advantage
