Australian Training Company has an chance for a recent school leaver (2023-2025) to commence a Certificate III in Business traineeship with a Conveyancing firm in Castle Hill.

You will be working within a small but dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is an entry level position working 38 hours per week and is a great opportunity to earn while you learn and start a career in Business. The qualification (Certificate III in Business) is fully funded by the NSW government.

The Role Will Include The Following Duties

Reception duties – answering phones, transferring calls and making calls in a professional telephone manner
Sound computer knowledge as all processes are computer based
Day to day duties will entail ordering searches, compiling contracts, completing exchange letters etc
Arranging clients appointments, organising clients VOI and AML documents, assisting with settlement figures etc
An interest in legal would be ideal but not essential
Will also be required to vacuum, clean bathroom, empty bins, tidy kitchen general office things.
Filing




Someone who is prompt and reliable. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Office attire is required
A car is desirable but not essential as the office is located a short walk from the metro station and bus stop
Ideally someone who lives in the local area of Hills, Blacktown, Hawkesbury or Hornsby local areas
Some previous work experience would be advantageous
Prepared to do online study 3 hours per week (paid during work hours)
Trainee will need to be inducted with the Anti Money Laundering System and will need to provide to passport and drivers licence (or birth certificate if no passport) and will also need a recent NSW Police Check, as it is a govt requirement for this industry.
