Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Strategy & Planning Lead who can uncover consumer truths, identify market opportunities, and translate business objectives into compelling communication and brand strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess robust strategic thinking, excellent presentation skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior, culture, and digital ecosystems. This role will workclosely with business, creative, media, and client servicing teams to develop insight-led strategies that inspire impactful campaigns and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Consumer & Market Intelligence
● Conduct consumer, category, cultural, and competitive research to identify actionable insights.
● Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and emerging opportunities.
● Develop audience personas, consumer journeys, and strategic frameworks.
Brand & Communication Strategy
● Build brand positioning, communication territories, and strategic narratives.
● Translate business challenges into communication solutions and campaign strategies.




● Develop integrated communication plans across digital, social, content, influencer, media, and experiential channels.
● Create strategic routes and creative briefs that inspire breakthrough creative work.
Campaign & Creative Planning
● Partner with creative teams to shape campaign concepts and communication approaches.
● Ensure strategic consistency across all brand touchpoints.
● Evaluate campaign effectiveness and derive learnings for future initiatives.
Client & Business Partnership
● Lead strategic conversations with clients and internal stakeholders.
● Present strategic recommendations, research findings, and campaign frameworks confidently.
● Support new business pitches and contribute to agency growth initiatives.
