Role Description The Intern – Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to leadership at SpazioLiv. This full-time, on-site role in the Pune Division includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and appointments, and assisting with expense reports and documentation. The intern will help prepare presentations, maintain records, and support communication between the executive team and internal or external stakeholders.



Additional responsibilities may include organizing office activities, tracking project-related tasks, and contributing to smooth operational workflows as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to manage schedules, meetings, and executive priorities effectively.
Candidates should possess skills in Administrative Assistance and Expense Reports to handle documentation, record-keeping, and basic financial tracking.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and partners.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with office productivity too
